A week ago I wrote that I'm looking for a new vision for Telepost:

This week I spend thinking about possible directions for the project. To find the one that will lead to success, I reflected on the core of the product, the problem it solves and concluded that I focused on the wrong problem.

From the beginning, the goal of Telepost was to help authors grow their Telegram channels by driving new audience from outside of Telegram network: search engines, social networks, etc.

Here is the @goindie subscribers chart for the last two months:

The number was around 70 almost all that time despite me posting regularly and sharing my content on Twitter where I have (now) 1.1K followers. That is not how it supposed to work. Telepost doesn't help me to grow my channel.

Yet, thank my new habit of writing a post every single day my audience is growing.

Here are Twitter stats for the previous 28 days:

You can see that posting every day helps:

I as an author don't care through which medium helps me to grow my audience. Telegram, Twitter, Medium, DEV, email newsletter whatever. I need these numbers to go up so that I can reach more people.

Telepost helps me to solve this problem by letting me share my content with two mediums: Telegram and Twitter. Should I go further and allow to post to other mediums as well? How would it look like?

I don't know answers to these questions yet, but I know for sure what "growing the audience" is the problem I want to solve.

Please, share your opinion in the comments.
